What more can I say, another bullseye from Haolonggood. A wonderful model of Mamenchisaurus, the size alone makes it impressive. It’s brilliant that there is a company that is not afraid to create sauropods in 1:35 scale. The quality and quantity of details are as usual at a high level, I can’t stop looking at the details of the musculature and can only imagine how this model could look in motion. Although I have to point out that the colors seem to not match the promo photos (I have the brown variant), the colors on the model are definitely darker and my Mamenchi’s muzzle is devoid of this light orange shade. Maybe it’s just my copy. If I had to guess what species this model represents, it would be M. jingyanensis, the shape of the head makes me think so, but I could be wrong. Overall, a very recommendable item from Haolonggood.
